Afro Asian Fusion is 60% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and 40% Sumatra brought to a deep Full City roast. The syrupy, full body of Sumatra, with its mutes-acidity, has a taste of roasted caramel and hints of chocolate. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe enhances the flavor profile with fruity notes, a rich body, and a smooth finish. When blended they create a more aggressive “Mocha-Java” type flavor, but with a deeper, fuller, body and more earthiness in the bass notes.
